Cooking Classes

Our classes are small and hands on so that we can ensure all the kids are safe and have our complete attention. We always incorporate safety, hygiene and nutrition into all of our classes. We teach basic cooking skills including knife skills, chopping, whisking, cracking eggs, using dough, saute, oven temperatures, roasting and more. Each cooking skill and technique is taught by making wholesome and delicious food and we include the relevant nutritional benefits for each class. Through our interactive teaching method, we inspire and motivate your kids to prepare and eat healthy food.

We use safe knives and peelers for our little ones so everyone’s hands and fingers are safe!

What’s included: We provide the ingredients, equipment, recipes, and educational resources. You just need to bring your kids and together we will learn, cook and have fun.

Duration: 1-2 hours depending on the age group
Availability: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays
