This breakfast smoothie is packed full of natural goodness and has no added sugar. Its sweetness comes from the delicious stawberries and the banana. A healthy convinient option for breakfast.


  • 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries, chopped and hulled
  • 1 chopped banana frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup of any milk or coconut water
  • ¼ cup yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons of rolled oats


  • Put milk or coconut water into blender first
  • Then add chopped fruit, yoghurt and oats and blend for 30 second
  • Enjoy
